The IMDA recently announced that the Springfield TT and Short Track races will not be held in 2013 due to the high cost of holding the races, and inadequate attendance. As race fans, it is our hope that good attendance this year will encourage them to reconsider this decision after 2013. On a more positive note, the IMDA remains committed to ensuring that the Springfield Mile races will continue into the future.
